THE INSTALLATION TOOK PLACE BEFORE WE MOVED IN AND I COULD NOT COMMENT. AS FOR MAINTENANCE, I DO NOT LIKE THAT THEY CHARGE $75 TO FIX A BROKEN CONNECTION ON A WINDOW THAT WAS NO FAULT OF MINE. OTHERWISE, THEY HAVE HANDLED ALL ALARM ISSUES PROFESSIONALLY.
