 + -1 moreJim Lucas is a professional inspector and has written California codes. He truly knows his business. He did a thorough job of inspecting my home and gave me a detailed report. I hired him as I wanted a professional opinion on how to resolve my flooding issue.
Description of Work: I had some problems with flooding and overflow of rain on the exterior walls of my home and flower garden. My home is 3200 square feet. The inspector examined the gutters. Then, he gave me a written recommendation to move a gutter for better positioning and output.
