 + -1 moreIt went very well! Bryan was able to really help my Mom and Dad. At first we looked into doing a reverse mortgage through one of the big banks but it was a huge hassle, the guy never called us back and we were being charged a ton of fees but my moms financial planner told us about Bryan and He really helped my parents out. They are super happy with their loan and are no longer worried about bills or what will happen with the home after they pass, everything is taken care of and they can just relax. thank you Bryan.

 + -1 moreThe service and final product was excellent! Bryan came to my home and discussed all options and to see if refinancing was the appropriate choice for my husband and me. He made me feel comfortable and secure in the decision I was making. There were times when he could have up sold me but didn't and explained why it wasn't in my best interest. Bryan discussed in detail the process that will occur and set reasonable expectations on when the loan would close. This was the easiest refinance I've experienced. I was surprised by how quickly and smoothly it went. Bryan stayed in constant contact with me and made sure I was aware of where we were in the process. I couldn't have been happier. If I ever need to refinance my home again, I will definitely contact Bryan. I would recommend him to anyone.
