Did the work as requested. Responded to all of my questions and concerns. His two assistants / employees/hired help did most of the labor. Did not put a cap on the old electrical mast on the house, which would allow rain to enter the wall of the house. The replacement box did not completely cover the old box hole, leaving me to install trim to cover that and seal if from the rain. The electrical work itself was done well and the city inspector had no concerns.

Personable, punctual, and did good work. But, he wasn't careful in noting the outlet configuration and had to delay a day to get the correct one.

Knowledgeable and steady. Handled my ancient panel with ease. On time and was personable.

They met all of the expectations of the family involved.

Zumwalt Electric did a fantastic job! They replaced all switches and outlets, tightened down and replaced the circuits in the panel, and hung 7 lights. They were both professional and courteous. I highly recommend.

i had him install a transfer switch. he placed to too close to the sub panel so i can't open the door all the way. he failed to place the new wiring in the sub panel so the door would not close. he wire the twist lock incorrectly so the generator failed to run..

They were quick and made very little mess.

Karl came in and saved our home! He called first thing in the morning after a scary power surge, and new immediately , after checking our electrical panel that it was PG&E's problem. He called them and told them that the wires from the pole were laying on our roof and rain gutter with no ground wire because the open wires burnt through it. Thank you Karl!!!!!!!

Good professional work. Replaced a 1960's power panel and added a new circuit for a Kiln. No problems or surprises.
