+ -1 moreThe technician from Zwagg no-showed for the first appointment, didn't call and didn't follow up. I called several days later and the office person was surprised to learn he'd blown us off. She then scheduled the owner of the company, Steve Zwagg to come out two weeks later. He also didn't come or call - I called several times and was assured he could be out. I waited from 9am to 4pm, no Steve. At the end of the day, I called again. The office person seemed sincerely distressed and apologetic, but could only offer Steve's assurance that he would call after the weekend. We didn't expect the no-shows, as we'd had great service from Zwagg in 2005. I'd re-arranged my work schedule both days.
Description of Work: We attempted to have someone from Zwagg come to our home to give an estimate for exterminating termites in several areas that had become re-infested after being microwaved treated about 20 months ago. The Zwagg folks had done the original work.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE HELPFUL, COMPETENT, FRIENDLY, PROMPT, THOROUGH, EASY TO WORK WITH. THEY MADE THE EXPERIENCE LESS TRAUMATIC. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND COMPLETED THE WORK IN THE TIME THEY SPECIFIED.
Description of Work: INSPECTED AND FOUND DRY WOOD TERMITES. TENTED AND FUMIGATED THE HOUSE. SUPPLIED EVERYTHING NEEDED TO PREPARE THE INSIDE OF THE HOUSE FOR FUMIGATION.
