I was given a 4 hour window for service.  2 hours into the window, I called the company to verify that they were still coming.  It turned out that the service man's calendar was not updated with our appointment and he did not realize that he was supposed to come to our house.  (It was a good thing I called.)  He came as soon as he could, it was about 7:00 pm, a few hours after the 4 hour service window, but he did come and he did fix our TV on the day promised.

This was a company that we did not choose to use, but was assigned to us as it is a vendor for the warrenty company.  To start, they are VERY difficult to get a hold of.  Most of the time, you have to leave a voicemail and they get back to you whenever they feel like it.  Sometimes I called multiple times and finally someone called back.
When the technician came out he was very unprofessional and I had to help him figure out how he could examine the washer.  I had to tilt the washer for him. When he left, he said it was a very common problem and the part should be come in in a few days.  two weeks later they did not contact me or return my phone calls.  After around 5-7 voicemails, they finally called me back.  Miraculously the part came in the day before (or they finally decided to return my call).
The Technician gave me a window of 10am-2pm.  He showed up at 2:58!  At 2:00pm I was calling them, but no answer. THe tech finally called to tell me he was running late at 2:35. This company has been nothing but a headache to work with.  I would never reccomend them.
