Description of Work: Horrible! I would give negative stars as possible. A one month job became 5 months. The owner, Kurt, does not respond to texts or emails. It was extremely frustrating. They don't let you know if/when they will show up on a daily basis. They had 0 regard for my property, damaging numerous things throughout the process.

Description of Work: With damage suffered from a burst pipe in the upstairs master bath, it was a challenge getting enough money from our insurance company. We hired an independent adjuster who worked with a recommended contractor to get us the money to recover from the damage (downstairs flooring, antique dining set). It was extensive. Everyone started with the can do attitude and as time went along, the workers showed up less frequently. Some recommended changes to the downstairs floor plan were enthusiastically received, implemented but never completed leaving two gaping holes in our flooring. What needed to be corrected in the upstairs bathroom went from bad to worse. And items that were broken in the process of repair or replacement were never fixed. I would call them Team Destruction. They had a great time tearing it all apart, but now I feel like Humpty Dumpty!
