They are willing to discuss details of work process. Their estimate is devided into each step of process with detailed specifications. They are helpful and efficient in discussing with City of Thousand Oaks on possible permit and eventually the city told us that no permit was necessary. We are very satisfied with their performance and workmanship.

From the first day on the job, everything was done to keep our house and the neighborhood clean. Tom made sure there was a portable bathroom, so nobody would need to use our house or leave the job for breaks. He dropped a trash bin on the first day as well, and our front and back yard were cleaned up each day before the final worker left. We cannot say anything but good remarks about T-Square Construction.
