They are very efficient, they came out prepared the job, apiece of garden they came out prepared. most of it I just want to keep the service concrete to make sure that they don't forget.

Jeremy of Kastle Kate walked around the perimeter of my house to see how the rats had gained access to the attic. He found a couple simple's fixes and then proceeded to instruct me how to fix them myself. For about $12 I can now seal the house. In other words this company will not overcharge you or charge for work that is not required. He helped me solve our rodent problem even though he will not be making any money off of us. I highly recommend this company

So far, it has been just fine. It was easy to schedule the appointment. They don't come out when anybody is home. I judge them by the lack of pests.

Awesome!  So happy with the service.  Showed up on time and very friendly and clean.  Explained the whole process to me and gave me tips for the future.  I haven't seen an ant since (its been 3 months!).  I will definitely use them in future...I was extremely satisfied!

It went without any problems. Frank, who operated the equipment, fantastic. Arrived on time, did his work, came down to ask if we needed any further tree spraying as he had an excess of spray left. Did our personal citrus trees. We were not the least bit inconvienced by the work, equipment. We will use this company again, again, and again. It has been very difficult to find a company that would take the time to do our small three acre orchard. Ty Brann the owner was only to willing to help out as the job had become to laborious for us. We are so relieved to find such a fine local company.

Excellent. Very careful regarding safety of our koi and the pond in general.

After multiple invasions of ants inside of home, I  called Kastle Kare for help.  Problem was evaluated and I purchased year contract for once a month service.  Initial treatment was performed and worked great.  No more ants.  Have not seen any spiders or wasps outside either.

Mice indoors.  Called Thursday morning.  Set up appointment for Friday.  Service technician called Friday morning to confirm timing.  Arrived within window given.  Did thorough search, both inside and out. Found possible entry points in garage and upstairs in wall near dishwasher.  Suggested various traps and configurations.  Settled on "reasonable number" given locations.  Very professional:  knowledgeable and neat.  Explained variety of traps and possible side effects on pets.  Worked quickly.  Will be back Monday to check for success.  30 day warrantee: includes service calls and traps.  Contract is clear and simple.  Very pleased.

We have a fairly large space in the front yard with roses and flowers, but no lawn.  Rose roots, hollyhock roots, and the roots of other plants were been chewed off underground.  There were new large mounds of earth pretty much every day and sometimes we could even see the rodent at work pushing dirt up to make his/her mound bigger. 

We had tried some things on our own with no visible improvement so when we saw the green truck on the freeway with "GopherDeath.com" written on its side, we decided to call to see if the problem could be solved.  The guy who showed up was very pleasant and explained the process thoroughly, including information on safety for neighborhood pets who might investigate the treated areas. 

You could pay for just one service or a monthly plan as I remember - it's been six months since he came - but the initial price seemed very hight for just one or two gophers!  We talked a bit longer and since I had been dealing with the problem for quite a few months... I ended up deciding to go-pher it and wrote him a check and he treated several active areas and agreed to come back one more time and retreat if I saw evidence of further activity.  He was nice enough to give me a small discount on the original quote since he only had to treat three area.

Results were pretty much immediate.  I have not seen any new mounds since the treatment - over 9 months ago - so even though it seemed like $90+ per gopher was pricey... it was worth it for my piece of mind and safety of my flower garden.

I called after reading reviews on Angie's List and there was a technician down the street.  He arrived 1/2 hour later, quoted the base price then took a look around, found the nests and a few others and removed them.  Easy!

Ty Brann comes out every spring for systemic injections on my three very large and beautiful Alders which are susceptible to a number of diseases.  He does a good job at helping to maintain the health of my trees.

We called several companies from Angie's list.  This company was the first to call back.  After talking with a couple of companies, we referred our landlady to Kastle Kare and she took it from there.  The worker came out, examined the house inside and out to scope out the places where the rat might have entered or might hang out.  He set traps, and when they didn't work right away, he was out there to add a trap in a different location, which did the trick.  He removed the dead rat and the trap.

All of the services provided have been high quality with the desired results achieved.  Once or twice I have seen insects a short time after their monthly application and they came and reapplied the treatment with no questions asked.  For the lawn treatments, the service was effective with no ill effects to the lawn or our property.

Tech arrived a few minutes before scheduled time, listened to my explanation of the problem, and said that only exterior treatment was needed. He found some ant trails and sprayed, then told me that the ants should be completely gone from inside the house within a few days. I noticed a marked improvement by the next day; in three days, they were gone, and I haven't seen an ant since.

I was very happy with KastleKare's service and would call them again without question.

He was really good. They were wonderful. The gophers did come back, but it was not their fault. What they do lasts for a year or two. If you live in an open place then they come back within a year. They did take care of the once that came later as well. I can’t think of anything negative about them. What they use kills the gophers. There is no visual poison so there is no danger to your pets. The just do rodent control and do not treat for bugs.
