Rory performed an inspection on a home for us in November, 2009. We requested him this time, and we were not disappointed. A very thorough job, and took plenty of time to answer my questions. Even discussed a few ideas I had about home upgrades. Today I received a recall report that listed any potential home appliance recalls. Nice touch.

Rory Hernandez performed my inspection. The inspection took longer than expected because of numerous home defects. The inspector was very through and provided a detailed report of all defects, including reference photos. I'm a technical person, so I had a lot of detailed questions. The inspector took his time answering my questions and I never felt rushed. His insight helped us identify serious problems and avoid buying a potential money pit. I would absolutely use him again.
