GREEN CARE

Clean up was great. Fast and sweet. Jon Greene himself came to inspect the work and recommended a treatment program for the avocados. This company is as good as its reputation.

Initially we got an estimate to install drip irrigation to potted plants and trees.  Before the work started we decided to add two fountains.  The additional work required installing water lines under existing pavers.  We never received an updated estimate.  The job started in August but didn't finish until the end of September.  We rarely knew when the workers were going to show up, so a job that should have taken six or seven days drug on.  During this time we kept asking what we owed, but were never given a total.  When we finally got the bill in the mail we were surprised by the large total.  When the job was complete, we found out that the emiters on the drip irrigation had not been installed.  We called and the problem was fixed right away.  Our review is mixed.  Overall the end product turned out great.  If we had to do it over again we would pin Scott (owner/project manager) down to an estimate instead of letting him avoid the issue.

Scott has been able to trouble shoot some of the issues. They have been on top of everything. Any issue or concern we have they fix it immediately.  They are very efficient and prompt. If they aren't on time they let me know a head of time or explain when they arrive. We have had a couple of  landscapers take advantage of us in the past. Scott has expedited the problem and made sure to address every issue.

Excellent work. He even assisted me with trying to find another type of contractor I needed and took it upon himself to have a filter made for my pump. He will also come back when I am ready to test the water flow of the fountain. Very nice person to deal with and very helpful.

THE OWNERS HAVE KEPT IN TOUCH WITH US AND OFTEN APPEARS WITH THE CREW ON THE REGULAR VISITS. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PROMPT AND RESPONSIVE TO OUR NEEDS, AND THE WORK IS UNIFORMLY EXCELLENT.
