They arrived on-time, but then left to go pick up with the bathtubs and took hours to return. They left one guy behind to work on demolishing the tiles around the old bathtubs. He proceeded to cut into the pipes twice, causing flooding into the condo below me. They finally came back & installed the bathtubs. However, they refused to come back for a week to even look at the damage below me. Plus, both bathtubs were badly scratched and one bathtub had a huge crack in it but they would not claim any liability, stating that it was my job to check the merchandise (even though they picked it up from the store and installed it!!). My dad went and picked up the new bathtub and they came back a week later to install it and fix the condo below me, so in the end it worked out. But not until after a lot of inappropriate attitude and threatening me. It was a horrible experience and I would never use them again.
