 + 4 moreHis rates are extremely reasonable. He repaired the work that the previous contractor didn't do a good job on, for free. The only problem is that he tries to please everyone and over books sometimes. He does an excellent job.
Description of Work: He is replacing the front door, some windows, and the garage door. He put in crown molding in two rooms. He put wood floors in my room, painted the walls, and trim. He put in a cement patio and a raised planter. He put in some new lighting. He replaced four-bedroom doors.
