Description of Work: Dan came to our rescue when we were in the throws of an emergency. Dan is a rock-nothing scares him. So right from the begining He took control and guided us through. He was solid,:professional, on time , and responsible. He has an amazing team. And you know when the job is complete-problem solved! HIRE HIM-you'll be grateful that you got so lucky. + -1 moreWas removed from the job by the insurance company. The adjuster had nothing nice to say. That speaks volumes about what happened.
Description of Work: Hired by my insurance company to give them a repair estimate for my claim. It took him over a month to do so, and when we received the estimate it was wrong and needed many corrections. The insurance company removed him and replaced his with an independent adjuster who provided a correct estimate after only two days. This contractor kept bragging he had other jobs. Well if you have too much work say so and step aside. He dragged our claim out when it should have been started weeks before. Only service he provided was a person to pack our collectibles. We bought the boxes and bubble wrap. All this guy did was chip and break things. Packed Lladro in a box without any wrapping. I lost so many pieces it's crazy. We had to spend days repacking so we didn't loose more.
