Very quick and efficient service. No more done than was necessary and very reasonably priced.

He was new at the time, but he was recommended by a neighbor. He did everything for us, and he did some extra things that he didn't charge for, like adding an extra register in a room that wasn't getting air. We haven't had any problems since. The price was fair.

When I called the owner/manager? Mike was very helpful. They were able to come out the only day I was available to be there since this is not my primary residence. They scheduled me in the morning, called 20 minutes in advance and arrived at the beginning of my time window.

The technician was great and explained everything I needed to know about my furnace. It's relatively new, but one step was skipped upon installation (by previous owner). So he repaired that. My main concern was that I could not remove and replace the filter myself, so he added some clips to make that easier for me and replace the filter. He did a thorough examination of the system and explained all the possibilities and what I could do to upgrade it or improve it in the future. It was extremely helpful. He was there almost and hour and I cannot believe they only charged $98.00 for that. I was very impressed with the technician and found out he also services all the elementary schools in the district I live in.

Call was to fix furnace (replaced circuit board). Also noted that there would be problems with duct work that was not correctly installed. Fabricated new duct parts and installed. I trusted the owner completely and will use again.

We recently moved into our home and though the home was built in 2006 there was a problem with the air flow in the heating and air system. Castle Air was a day or so in getting back to me but once the appointment was made Jose arrived early and had the problem sorted out in a little over an hour. The price was very fair and I'm a happy camper!

My experience with Castle Air was positive. They were responsive, they did what they said they would do, and six months letter everything is still working properly.

Great! We are 1st time home buyers and qualified for a special program which allowed upgrades to our HVAC system for fuel efficiency. Everything needed to be HERS rated and Jose knew exactly what to do. We took several bids. He wasn't the lowest but seemed the most knowledgeable, honest and interested! His guys were in and out in 2 days, kept us updated on what was happening and even credited us some money for a pump he suggested initially but ended up not using. We passed inspection with flying colors and everything looks and works great! He also advised us on other possible rebate programs we may qualify for. Money well spent!
