We have used Steve in the recent past and decided to call him again, and this time was a real test.  We needed the carpet and tile cleaned in a condo that was in bad shape.  We had been renting the condo and had a chance to show it to a potential buyer with little notice.  Not only was he able to squeeze us into his schedule, he preformed miracles on our carpet and tile.

I called the mobile number provided to get an estimate of the cost for cleaning the carpet in several rooms of my home. My call was answered immediately by Steve Davis (owner) and an estimate and date of service was provided. This took less than 15 minutes. On the date of service, Steve arrived on time, confirmed the original estimate, set-up, and completed the overall effort in less than 2 hours. The overall cleaning effort was excellent. There was no paint damage to our walls or baseboards and the carpet cleaning was the best that we have ever received.

I highly recommend them and they did a fantastic job. They are prompt on their appointments and I will use them again in the future.

My biggest concern with their service was their calculation of the square footage to be cleaned. I bought a package of 3 rooms up to 500 sq. feet of carpet cleaning. The service worker showed up and took a very quick measurement of the 2 rooms and said it was almost 700 sq. feet and he would have to almost double the price as a result. I asked him how he knew it was 700 sq. feet when he only made a length and width measurement of a room that was not a rectangle. I told him that since they charged so much more per sq. foot for anything over the "500 sq ft. special" and are very picky about going over the 500 sq. feet, they need to be just as picky when taking the measurement. So "we" carefully measured each room, dividing it into smaller rectangles due to all the "pockets", triangular sections and cut-outs. After the careful measurement we agreed that the 2 rooms were only 480 sq. feet, not the 700 sq ft that he had originally wanted to charge me for. I shouldn't have to double check their measurements and they should know how to do this accurately. I felt like they were trying to overcharge me once they got their foot in the door.Additionally, they use a round, rotating brush when cleaning the rug. This is not very effective in narrow areas or corners.

Actually, we've had Steve perform work for us many times over the years. He does not try to push products or services on us and does a great job.

Great, Steve was able to fix a leaking patio, that many had tried to fx before.

He was on time, very nice and professional, explained the process and proceeded to do the work which went very fast. He advised adding an enzyme for the puppy stains so that they would not smell, we had discussed this prior to his doing the work. Carpet looks great!

Steve came to the house right on time on the appointed day and did an amazing job of cleaning very, very dirty carpet. He was very professional yet friendly and easy to work with. I had one area I wanted some more work on and he gladly returned and made it look great for no extra charge.

HE WAS ON TIME AND CALLED AND HOUR BEFORE ARRIVING THE LET ME KNOW HE WAS ON HIS WAY. HE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. MY DAUGHTER'S BEDROOM WAS DISGUSTING AND HE WAS ABLE TO GET ALMOST ALL OF THE STAINS OUT AND MAKE THE CARPET LOOK LIKE NEW. HE ALSO VOLUNTEERED TO CLEAN UP THE MISC SPOTS IN OTHER ROOMS. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE USED HIM AND I WILL USE HIM AGAIN.
