They did the surgery, when she came out the stitches were too tight and a hernia was formed. And then they put a huge breathing tube down her throat that she has had breathing issues since then. Now she is also retaining water, and she looks like a balloon. Her tummy is almost hitting the stomach. When I told them about the issues, they wanted to do a CT scan and blood work and tried to charge me more money for that. I now have to take her to another vet to attempt to fix these issues.

They are the best vet I have ever seen. They have been fantastic with her. Their prices are fair because they can go through the ASPCA. They have done one heck of a job. I would not take her anywhere else.

I have since taken my other pets to her as well, and am SO happy to have such a great vet just around the corner from my house!

Dr. Chong is the best vet I have ever used....and I have used many vets over the years. She is compassionate and knowledgeable. Most of all, she cares about my dog and it shows in every facet of her practice.

First of all, the Dr. is a female Dr. and not a male Dr. as the person refer to on his/her comment. Dr. Chong is a very caring Dr., and the staff is also very caring and not expensive at all, just fair.

She is an animal lover and she is also very knowledgable about conditions of pets. She will let you know if there is anything wrong with the animal and it is taken care of immediately. Her staff is very professional also. She cares about the animals she takes care of.

We needed to put our animals to sleep but she was very caring and compassionate when she had to explain what the process would be. The staff are also kind and friendly and showed great compassion when we had to put our animals down. We would use them again if needed

He is very professional. He is expensive.
