+ -1 morePerfect. Ray was courteous, prompt, professional, efficient and thorough. He uses a "truck mounted" steamer, which I much prefer over the portable units. Though our carpet is several years old, it looks like new again and smells clean. I will absolutely use Alpha Steam Pro again.
