 + -1 moreBret Butler charged a little more than some competitors, but was local to the property and seemed to offer what I wanted to see based on his website and sample report. Sure enough, the report was pretty fair and thorough and he seemed to know his stuff, being knowledgeable and thorough without being unrealistic. It's possible I could have saved $100, but I do feel satisfied with the job he did, and the report looked good (and was sent about 48 hours after the actual inspection)
Description of Work: I contacted Bret Butler to do a general home inspection for a property I was looking into buying; I chose him based on agent recommendation combined with his local experience, website presence, and sample report which all looked good.
