Price paid was labor only; he soaked us on the job. On the first day, he & his worker showed up 2 1/2 hours late. On every day of work, I never knew when or if they would appear. On many days, Pete or his worker never showed up at all. On one occasion, no one had come to work on the bathroom for 2 days. On the 3rd day, Pete showed up at 7:00 a.m. before anyone was up, repeatedly rang the bell & pounded on the door until I answered, so that he could retrieve one of his tools and leave again for the weekend! This simple remodel of a small bathroom stretched from May 2, 2006 to late July 2006 and was only finished after I threatened to report him to the state contractors board. There is still not adequate hot water in the shower. The towel bars & a faucet handle immediately fell off after completion. He was rude & his behavior erratic. I actually became frightened of him due to his angry, unpredictable behavior. When I objected to his handling of the job, he yelled & shouted!
