The staff have always been courteous and considerate of the emotional circumstances that can attend a veterinary visit. The veterinarians seem knowledgeable and are friendly with the animals. The hospital is easily accessed from a main street, has adequate offstreet parking and a small lawn for dogs to sniff around on and do potty before or after their visit. The only downside to this facility is a fairly small waiting room, which can feel a little edgy with the arrival of a new big dog or two. However, staff try to mitigate this by moving customers and pets to exam rooms as soon as possible or allowing customers and pets to step outside until called.
