THIS INSTALLER WAS RECOMMENDED BY THE FLOORING COMPANY THAT I PURCHASED THE TILE THROUGH. OVERALL I WAS PLEASED WITH THE FINISHED PRODUCT. THERE WERE A FEW CHALLENGES THAT WE WERE ABLE TO OVERCOME. DAVID AND HIS ASSISTANTS WERE VERY PATIENT AND POLITE WITH ME THROUGH SEVERAL DESIGN CHANGES, AND COMPLETED THE PROJECT RIGHT ON TIME. MY ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT WAS THAT WE CALLED HIM BACK TO REPORT ONE TILE THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED, AND HE HASN'T YET COME TO TAKE CARE OF IT.
