As an absentee home owner, we had guests stay at our home and the water heater was found not to be working at 8:00pm. One guest made several attempts to re-light it without success. Our realtor contacted John over night and he called and arranged for an appointment at 7:30 the next morning. Our guests were pleasantly suprised to have hot water so early.

I called and asked John, the owner, if he would install a dryer vent and converter kit for my clothes dryer. He said he would be out the following Monday morning. He never showed up. I called that afternoon. He told me he was finishing another job and would be here the next day. He never showed up. I called the next day, and he said he was busy on another job, but would see me that afternoon. He never showed up. I left a message the next day, but my call was never returned.
