Excellent. Jim is very thorough, goes over every detail of the work, recommending the best way to handle each problem area.
He worked closely with carpentry doing repairs to prime all new wood the day it arrived to protect it and so it would be ready for immediate installation. He accommodated our schedule and the carpenter's, adjusted for holidays and bad weather. He always called every time a change in schedule was necessary for weather, etc. He sent a man over to touch some interior work in time for the holidays and cheerfully accepted changes. He is focused on getting the job done right and efficiently. I've used Jim several times now and am very satisfied with how he takes care of his customers needs.
