THE SPRINKLER GUY

I paid Xavier $600 to install a new sprinkler controller and a simple drip line. Some time later I called and told him that one of the stations was not turning on. I subsequently paid him twice more for "faulty sprinkler valves". He spent a short time working on the new controller. The very next day I went to the controller and saw that it had been completely pulled away from the wall and was hanging by its wires. I called Xavier but he did not want to fix it. I had to call a handyman to properly re-install the controller into the wall. I sent Xavier before and after photos, a copy of the cancelled check and the handyman's invoice to me. Xavier is refusing to pay for his shoddy workmanship. I also gave Xavier a check for $30 to fix a faulty valve. He told me he was unable to cash it due to something on the back of the check (?) I told him I would have the check cancelled and go from there. Xavier told me NOT to cancel the check and he would attempt to cash it again. I'm still waiting on this.

Total disaster. The system didn't work and still doesn't work. They tried several times but could not get the 'smart' timer to work. We just got our first water bill with the water saving system they installed and it went UP by 50%. This is a dishonest, incompetent company. They have no idea what they are doing.

THE SPRINKLER GUY CAME RIGHT ON TIME. THEY DID THE JOB WELL AND THEY DID THE JOB FAST. ALL THE WORKERS WERE VERY KIND AND GENEROUS TO ME. THE PRICE WAS LOW.
