Sam helped migrate all my data from my old computer, set up my backup system and taught me how to organize my photos.
More than that, he helped me understand iCloud, and keep all my gadgets in synch (something I found quite intimidating).
After that, I was on a roll, so Sam further helped me hook up my Apple TV and even made a video for me on how to
connect it and access other programs, like Netflix.
Sam has a personal touch and explains everything very patiently and clearly. He can even Skype to show you how to troubleshoot.
Most importantly, I trust Sam with all my information and can highly recommend Sam & Company for all your MAC
requirements.

Sam (who oversees everything his consultants do) recommended me changing to an SSD hard drive. This
was an ingenious way of speeding up my computer and making it feel brand
new.
I found their price to be fair as I otherwise would have spend thousands on a new machine. I will definitely hire Sam and his
team in the future and highly recommend them to friends and colleagues.
They also provide fantastic follow up help remotely, which is a great safety net. Even when I traveled to overseas, Sam
was able to connect to my computer and fix my email issue. Great service.
He helped me restore missing music form my old iPod too.
He optimized my iPhoto library which was huge and slow - showing me how to split it into smaller, more manageable libraries.
He figured out why my computer was running so slowly due to an offsite backup program running wild.
He helped me get all of my data backup properly with Time Machine and iCloud.
Showed me how to use Evernote to organize everything in my business and my head!
Finally gave me confidence in where my files were located, what was actually being backed up to the cloud and got all of my iPads and iPhone in sync.
For the first time I actually feel in control of my Apple world.
I was most impressed by the way in which I was treated by every person with whom I interacted at Sam and Company. Even though my problem was a small one technically, it was big to me. And this they understood. Even thought I am not very computer-savvy, Sam and his staff made me feel comfortable as we worked through the issues. Stuff happens in business, it's how it is handled that distinguishes a company. When there was a bit of confusion about the availabilty of a tech, Sam and Amber (in the office) understood my desperation and jumped right into action to ensure that somebody came to help me that same day. When the tech arrived, he fixed the problem swiftly and completely. I must say that at each step of the way I was made to feel as if I were not alone with my problem, but rather that there was a team working on a resolution. I was never made to feel as if I were being unreasonable or demanding - even though I cannot swear that I was not...
All in all, a good experience with a happy ending.

One thing we liked especially about Sam and Company was that they offered several options for the work, varying in price. We were provided an outline of everything we COULD do and then they left it to us to decide what we WANTED to do, based on our budget. There was never any pressure or heavy sales push. It was the most stress-free process we've experienced with a computer company. They were super easy to deal with, very flexible with appointments and mindful of our needs. We would absolutely use them again (and plan to!) as well as refer them to our family/friends for their computer issues.
