We worked with Christina on our first home purchase and I can't say enough positive things about the process. She's incredibly knowledgeable and so nice to deal with. She makes you feel like her only clients with her attentiveness, communication, and response times. Working with her doesn't feel like a business relationship, she is someone who genuinely cares about making sure you're happy with any decision you make. Christina knew the areas we were looking in like the back of our hand. She knew parks, schools, stores, restaurants, routes to work, etc, etc, etc. When we had to expand our search a bit to find more of what we were looking for, she suggested new areas of town and knew the minute differences between them and what that would mean for us. She's also incredibly helpful and honest, which we really appreciated as first time home buyers. As we talked through different things we liked and disliked in certain properties, she was always there to keep us grounded with great advice on what is and is not a big issue. She made sure to keep us aligned with our original list of must haves and nice to haves, and ensured we didn't fall in love with one aspect while ignoring another potentially problematic one, or that we didn't write off a house because of one thing that could be easily addressed. I would highly recommend Christina to anyone looking for a broker. It will be the best decision you make (right before she puts you in the perfect house)!

The idea of selling our home and buying a new one was initially very exciting to me and quickly became very intimidating. Thank goodness we had Christina and her team! Throughout the entire process, Christina was very positive, professional, and reassuring. Because of her, selling our home was a breeze. The photographs and videos looked amazing and we had so much interest in our house. It sold very quickly and Christina made the process afterward very easy for us. Finding a new home was much more complicated - we looked at many houses and came very close to settling a different home before we finally found the perfect place. I was very stressed during this time but Christina always made me feel that we were in good hands. Her work ethic is incomparable - she is so responsive and always on top of things. She is persistent but professional. She has the amazing ability to handle herself well in a tough business but simultaneously present a friendly and optimistic demeanor. Thanks to her, we found the house of our dreams and are so happy with our life here. I have now referred Christina to other family members and would refer to her to anyone who is looking into selling or buying their house. In 2017 we talked with Christina on a near daily basis as she helped us transition between our first home into our dream home. Because of this process we were able to experience what it was like to both sell and buy a house with Christina as our Realtor. From the very start, Christina was kind and professional. I can easily say that there is no one better at their job. She is a hard worker, efficient, and responsive. Christina often knew when to act and when to be patient, consistently making the right move at the right time. Christina and her team made selling our house as easy as possible. The promotional material included fliers, online releases, and a video of the home. The presentation of our house was so impressive it almost made us not want to sell. Her research, intuition, and business sense allowed us to get an incredible price for our home, above asking price, within the first few days of being on the market. Her team was able to easily guide us through the remaining steps of escrow and inspections always ensuring that we were comfortable and educated. We could not have asked for a better experience. When it came to the buying process, Christina was equally as talented. She was able to sit down with us and discuss our goals helping us be optimistic and realistic at the same time. She surrounded us with a team of people equally capable that included a mortgage broker, insurance broker, escrow agent, and a host of reliable inspectors. These resources quickly became essential when our first escrow proved complicated and ultimately needed to be cancelled. Christina was able to help us get through that difficult process keeping us hopeful. We very quickly fell in love with another home that turned out to become our dream house. It was her ability to show the sellers who we were that ultimately won us the house. Buying and selling a home can be a daunting task that can consume you if you’re not careful. Without Christina and her team, we would have become overwhelmed and would likely have failed. In the end we are going to get to raise our children in our dream home only made possible by Christina. I’ve told her before, but I don’t think she’ll ever know how grateful we are for the gift that she gave us.
