As usual they did a wonderful job. Their employees are professional, trustworthy and friendly.

The initial visit was a last time request which was accommodated. They did a wonderful job. I've been using their service ever since.

We pay them $100 per week. They are pretty dependable. They come when they are supposed to come.

I called Johnny's Cleaning in a panic the day before Christmas Eve. Our housekeeper had moved to Mexico and her replacement didn't show up. I needed someone to clean the next day, Christmas Eve! No problem, says Johnny. He sends a 3 person crew out and they get our 3200 sq ft house thoroughly clean in a little more than 3 hours. I've used services before and have never been impressed, but Johnny's crew was great. They returned the following week and did another excellent job, this time at the weekly rate of $90. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a great crew who can be in and out in a few hours.

They do a good job. I have a two bedroom house and they came every week and kept it clean. My house always looked clean and good. I would not say they are meticulous like cleaning a hotel room but they do they do a really good basic general cleaning including bathrooms, carpets etc. The deal is that when they come and do the work they need to make sure it is absolutely clean when they leave. Everything they did was what I expected. I will definitely use them in the future.

I explain what I need to have done (which they know already since I have been using them so long), and if I ever need anything extra done they are happy to do it. Pepe comes to my home, he is conscientious. I completely trust and respect him. He is a good man and does a fantastic job. I have recommended them to others and couldn't speak of them more highly.

A 3-person team came cleaned top to bottom. I was comfortable letting this company clean while I went to a business meeting.

They arrived and started cleaning the outside of the windows before I got to the house. Johnny was there with a crew. I let them in, showed them around, but I was not able to stay since the house was empty and I had packing to do at our old house. When I came back about an hour and a half later, they were working well, the carpet cleaner had arrived and Johnny was still there. I did not know if I would be there when they finished, so I made the mistake of paying Johnny before the work was completed. When I came back, the crew was just packing up to leave. Johnny had left. One member of the crew was washing her car in my driveway. I was not able to check every corner of the house, but I did check the kitchen and asked them to re-wash a few cabinets and the refrigerator door. They did so without complaint. During the following week when I began bringing things over and putting them away, I discovered that they had not cleaned the upper shelves in the cabinets. They did not get all the sanding dust out of the corners of the stairs as Johnny promised, nor did they get it off all the window sills or blinds. They did not get all the trash out of cupboards or closets. Overall I felt that I paid way too much for what I got. Johnny should have stayed to oversee the work since I was not present in the house. They did an incomplete job and had the nerve to wash their car! Johnny never called to see if I was satisfied with the work.

The first time they came out they were cleaning the ceiling fan and one of the house cleaners lost her footing and broke the metal part on the blade. He was able to replace the metal bracket that holds the blade and was able to replace it with the exact same fixture at no cost. The first cleaning was more of a deep cleaning and then the other cleanings after that are to maintain the deep clean. He makes sure that the client is completely satisfied with the service and he is not offended if you are not. Also, after the service is completed he calls to verify that you are satisfied with the service. They bring a crew to complete the service and are completed with in hour and half and they also bring there own cleaning supplies. He matched the price of a company I used in the pass for bi-weekly cleaning.
