Their price is reasonable and competitive. They could do a better job. We had them come back. We did this in 2 shots. I think they could improve on their quality but everything else is good.

Juan and his team have done several jobs for me recently. All jobs were done on time, the prices were reasonable, and in each case, the jobs were done with great care and professionalism. Cleanliness is of utmost importance to me. The job site is well maintained, which is especially important since my family has to live in the house while work is being done. J&T crew are amazing. They pay a lot of attention to detail and try to make the project as painless as possible. We entered into a kitchen remodel as there was water damage in a wall. They did sections at a time with plastic curtains which helped a lot with dust and giving me access to my kitchen. They gave me plenty of time to gear up for the few weeks I wouldn't have a functional kitchen. The crew was extremely helpful cleaning up before leaving each evening. They are very sensitive to remodel burnout. For the weekends they would try to make things as comfortable as possible for us, i.e. reinstall the cooktop that we could cook small meals. We have had J&T Remodel here before for previous projects; outdoor living space, construction of a carport, takedown of a deck and reconstruct an outdoor sitting area, they refinished all screen doors. Our home is a Spanish style-ranch, built in 1925. They have helped tremendously with keeping in the time period we feel best captures the old Spanish style. I feel so comfortable with Juan, I have found asking him "what do you think" has allowed me to love and enjoy final outcome of all projects. Juan has lots of vision and really knows home style and he looks for areas he can save you money! For being a contractor, he has an eye for home fashion, indoor and out. The entire crew is dependable and very trustworthy. I have trusted them with keys to the house and cars with never a problem. I can't imagine trusting my home to anyone else. By the time your project is done, you'll consider him a trusted friend... and genius.
