I think it was free. We just had a really good experience with them.

The overall experience was good. They worked with us on the price and threw in a couple of extras. They told us that the work would take two to three days but they completed it in one and a half. They sent a big crew and everybody worked on different sections at the same time. The main components are all the same brand (Heil) and everything works great. The new unit is much more efficient than the old one and keeps our house cool in the hottest weather without running constantly. It is 105 deg. outside right now and it is 75 deg. inside. The only thing I would have to complain about would be that when I told the salesman that I wanted an unconditional release of liability when the job was completed, he said he had never heard of that and took it to mean that I did not trust him. We came to an agreement when I explained that it is a common business practice and it is a good idea for anyone making a large purchase like this. I would recommend this company. They work fast, use the best materials and components. They cleaned everything up before they lift.
