Green Dry Carpet & Upholstery

If you are considering this company for any carpet cleaning please read!! The advertised prices are for 'maintenance cleaning' (whatever that is... not referenced in their ads). You will get high pressure tactics after they 'test' an area of your carpet-in my case a 3' circle in the middle of a landing where I had no choice but to continue as I was literally moving out during the process and there services were needed for a final cleaning. The cost was almost $600.00 for three small bedrooms and some stairs-cash or check only. Oh and by the way-the crew will show up in an unmarked truck so you really have no idea if they are legit. Run away!!

The salesman, Harel, and his technician arrived on time in a white van with no company markings. Harel used high-pressure sales tactics the whole time he was here. First the price was only for "basic"...which I never could quite get an idea of what "basic" meant. To use shampoo, preconditioning, protection, sanitizing, etc. was all "extra." We finally settled on $200. to clean 550 sq ft of carpet. I had moved most furniture out of the way (onto the outdoor porch) but Harel and the tech did not move anything. They did not even vacuum the carpet before cleaning. The cleaning was a vacuum from the truck...I don't know if they really used shampoo or anything at all. All in all I think this was a total rip-off.

Not pleased. His advertisement is completely misleading and I still have a carpet which is stained. Looks better, but I would not have paid $300 if I knew it was going to look like that. Also, his guarantee apparantly does not apply. The problem he has you initial that you think that the carpet cleaning was satisfactory, but he says that he will come back to spot treat areas if needed, and that to reclean the whole carpet would be an additional $50. You expect that because it is not looking good, that he will come back to clean those areas therefore you initial the contract.
