It was the worst experience as the sales man(Jacob Suissa) lied about so many things on the contract as he would scribble nonsense on each contract document of changes made it so complicated to understand specially his awful writing as he did not state details like exact measurements , materials , or words like “ according to plans , nothing but Lies he would only come to collect payment but never came to check his crews workmanship and make sure things are being done right!! Another important issue never did a real contractor show up ever !! How is it we hire a contracting company to do the job right but not a contractor in sight the salesman had told us he was a contractor but that was lie I checked the contract lic # one name came up and that was the business owner supposedly... and to make matters worse they destroyed my foundation of my house while digging a trench for garage drain pipes which is detached from my house they made excuses and tried to figure a way out of it as they refuse to fix it how right it as how it was they slapped some cement on the edge of the house but did not fix foundation as my house is still at risk of major damage it’s been since 9/12/18 that contract was signed and 8 months later still not finished just minor details needed and this half assed project is almost done!! as they cut so many corners we caught so many errors but they just patch some things up as they will cry about work needed to be redone or tell us it was done as it wasn’t it was back and forth On the phone but they never bother to come out here and see the work for themselves !! This company is garbage can’t believe I trusted Angie’s list as well ...what a lesson learned and hopefully this nightmare is over soon!!

My claims adjuster went thru the house and by what he was telling me he wanted done and I had worked in physical plant management, I said to him "You do realize that if I do everything you are asking for that it's going to cost up to $30K, right?" According to their stupid software $7800 should repair the ceiling, walls, and flooring from the dining area, living room, entryway, family room/office, and hallway to the bedrooms, plus buying new furnishing and TV. I spent 3 months trying to find a contractor. I even asked the adjuster for help and he had none to give. So, as I was closing in on a surgery date of July 30th, I made one more call for contractors and the first to respond an appear right away was Elite Remodeling Group. Ron came on July 5th and took a look, gave me an estimate that I considered very reasonable, so I signed the contract and they began demo the very next day. Worked went of from July 6th to July 20th. On the following Friday, the ServePro people who packed my life up and stored in a pod on my driveway for over 3 months came and unloaded everything back into the house and in the rooms they belong. I had my neurosurgery on my spine on July 30th, was discharged on August 1, and had a visit from my Project Manager on August 2nd. In all of this, I had mentioned that my central air had been off line since September 2015 despite spending $1400 trying to fix it. My PM brought in his own HVAC specialist that was able to fix it and I am enjoying it so much in my recovery during our hot summer. I cannot recommend ERG enough whether it is for disaster recovery or a standard remodeling. They are AAA+++ in my book!
