We are a family owned and operated business with a reputation for honesty, trust, quality and perhaps most importantly–maintaining a high level of communication with our clients. Projects, from simple remodels to ground up construction, are more often than not highly complex creatures. Even with the best in planning and forethought there are always elements that change, design features that must be rethought and unexpected issues that raise their heads. Without strong, clear and constant communication every other area of a project will break down and suffer. We cut our teeth in the demanding world of high-end commercial construction. Without top level supervision skills, strong execution and precise monitoring it is very, very easy to “lose one’s shirt”. We bring the same level of management skill, as well as exacting quality standards, to the field of high-end remodels and home construction

The job was completed on time which blew us away after our prior experiences with other contractors. We are so grateful for Dynamic Contracting for their superb workmanship and all of the pleasant memories they left us with. After the rest of the house was reroofed, the building inspector wanted to see the finished project. Even with some of the much larger McMansions that are being built within a few miles of our house, my wife says he was impressed.
