DL CONSTRUCTION

I called DL Construction and someone came out the next day to install several ceiling and security lighting fixtures I'd purchased. He also repaired some electric outlets and switches that had stopped working as well as some other minor handyman repairs. My family and I have used DL Construction for several major remodeling projects. We've always been happy with their professionalism, the quality of their work, and competitive price. I was pleasantly surprised they took on such a small handyman level job and responded so quickly.

I called DL Construction for an estimate to patch and paint the interior and exterior walls; I called before the re-wiring job was complete. The re-wiring job left about two holes in the wall for every outlet in the house and in every room in the house as well as several exterior holes in the stucco, some openings in the ceiling where recessed lights were installed, and holes where electrical fixtures had been removed and not replaced. DL sent painters out the day after I called them to give me an estimate. As soon as the re-wiring work was essentially done, they sent a 4-man crew out to do the job. They did excellent work with attention to detail, properly prepared area to minimize mess from paint, and cleaned up afterwards. Colors were matched perfectly. All work was complete within four days, as promised. A few "extras" were done such as rehanging curtain rods and wall hangings that were removed during re-wiring, re-attaching dryer hose.
This is the third job DL Construction has done for my home in the past six years - they've gutted and completely remodeled a kitchen/dining area, gutted and remodeled a bathroom, and demolished a sun room to add a patio. They've done similar jobs for at least three households in my family - always as quickly as promised with excellent results at a competitive price. We rarely call anyone else.

Nir Marom, President of D.L.Construction, was quick to call me back after my initial call. He was efficient and polite. In addition to making good suggestions and giving me a clear idea of how long the job would take and a prompt estimate of the cost, he also said that he would be here each day to oversee/check the on the job. He did come every day, his workmen came promptly each day, cleaned up after themselves, and the job was finished on time and on budget. I was so pleased with their work that I have been wearing their company t-shirt like a human signboard and telling anybody who'll listen how great they are. Call them, you won't be disappointed, I guarantee it!

FIRST OF ALL, THEY HAVE SEVERAL WORKERS IN THE HOUSE AT A TIME, AND I AM HOME BOUND SO I WAS HERE ALL THE TIME, BUT I NEVER FELT UNCOMFORTABLE. THEY WERE KIND AND UNASSUMING. THEY WERE ON TIME, AND THEY LET ME KNOW WHEN THEY WERE LEAVING. THEY WERE CLEAN. ONE THING I LIKED ABOUT IT WAS THAT THE PEOPLE WHO WORKED WITH THEM HAVE WORKED WITH THEM FOR A WHILE. THEY DIDN'T JUST PICK UP THE WORKERS FOR THE ONE JOB. I LIKE THAT THESE YOUNG MEN HAVE WORKED FOR THEM FOR SEVERAL YEARS. SOME OF THEM HAD COME PREVIOUSLY TO DO SOME OTHER WORK. IT WAS AN A. THEY PASSED CODE THE FIRST TIME THE INSPECTOR CAME. THEY PUT IN TWO CEILING LIGHTS IN THE CLOSET, AND THEY HAD NO TROUBLE PASSING THE INSPECTIONS. I WAS VERY PLEASED.

IT WAS AN A. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS. THEY ARE VERY COOPERATIVE. IF I HAD A SUGGESTION OR COMPLAINT. THEY WEREN'T STUBBORN OR ANYTHING. I HAVE DEALT WITH THEM BEFORE, NOT JUST IN THE PAST YEAR, AND I NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM. I ASKED THEM TO SEND OUT THE ELECTRICIAN, AND HE CAME PROMPTLY WITHIN THE WEEK, AND HE CHECKED ALL MY PLUGS. A COUPLE OF THEM WERE DEAD, AND HE FIXED THEM SO THEY WORKED. HE HAD TO PULL MY REFRIGERATOR OUT IN THE KITCHEN. THERE ARE NO COMPLAINTS. IT WAS ALL DONE FRIENDLY.
