On time, no bs, a complete do it right or don't do it at all mentallity. They did everything in a professional and workmanship like manner on time and on schedule. All components and equipment used were all name brand and quality.

Dave and his son arrived on time, went upstairs in the attic, inspected the units, went outside and inspected them, determined that one unit was 4 pounds low on coolant and the other was one pound low. Added coolant, checked the units, measured the temp at the vents and verified that everything was working correctly.

Dave provided prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service. Unlike the big name companies, Dave's is smaller and local and gives very personalized service and repairs. He didn't try to oversell me or scare me into buying a more expensive upgrade on my HVAC unit. He found a new part and fixed it right away for an extremely fair price.
