 + -1 moreShe failed to deliver on major portions of the project. Space designs were written on napkins. She brought in unlicensed contractors. They took the money and abandoned the job and there was no follow up. She did not provide formal schedules or a formal space plan. She accepted payment in December 2010 and I just received the furniture in September. The furniture was damaged and did not fit into the space properly.
Description of Work: I had a design contract, which included space plans and schedules and meetings with constructions contractors. I also had a separate contract the purchase and delivery of furniture. UPDATE: Pati Pfahler and Color Design Planning aka Color Design LLC promised both the client and Angie's List an agreement to sign in order to receive ONLY PARTIAL refund of the money paid for furniture not delivered and not to specifications; that agreement was never sent - and even Angie's List was kept "on the hook" for over two months. The contention that things are being worked has been and continues to be a fabrication that represents the pattern of behavior and offenses that are continued by this firm.
