We asked for a quote on a new system, and they worked with us to give us a very solid quote. When they arrived on time, and neatly dressed to do the install, I had made a decision after additional research that I wanted a more expensive unit that had some other features and advantages. The owner of the company came out to see me within the hour, found the exact unit I wanted, went and picked it up and then helped his team of three installers place the system into service, as the replaced bad intake ducts, and installed a new programmable thermostat.  You could not ask for a more professional and friendly group of people who listened to my wants and needs, and then went and changed the installation to meet them. When they located the correct vent, Ryan explained that our vent required more specialized equipment than was normally used for most residential jobs. Upon learning that, I offered to pay for the service call, but he insisted on not taking any money, even after having taken a sizable chunk of time to figure out where our vent was, and to explain what to do to get the right type of vendor to service our vent. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and delivered a perfect service after which our AC works perfectly.
I was impressed with Ryan's honesty and effort. I would recommend his company very highly on those qualities alone. All in all my overall experience with Calabasas reliable hvac and the crew was remarkable. . I feel like our air is much cleaner now. We without hesitation rate them a A+++ and would recommend them to all our friends.

1. My house - They changed all the filters in my current home, technician took no time at all and was extremely polite and educational as to how I should maintain things on my own.

2. My mom?s current home -  her house was only built 2 years ago, but the HVAC contractor has yet to come service, clean, check, or do anything in terms of maintenance to the system (which he promised to do) but back to Calabasas Reliable HVAC. They went over there educated my mom about what needs to be done on an annual and bi-annual basis and proceeded to do the maintenance. They also notified her that the system was a top of the line system, with cheap quality accessories (filters etc). They replaced the old dirty ones with new top quality filters only when asked by us.

3. My parents? second home - We called Calabasas Reliable HVAC because the system stopped working and he inspected the issue and came to the conclusion that after years of cheap maintenance and poor workmanship the system, though fixable, was not worth the price of fixing because the same problem would reoccur time and time again. They gave us fair and told us to make a decision when we were ready.

All in all my overall experience with Calabasas Reliable HVAC and the crew is fantastic. I would highly recommend them with my eyes closed.

Everything arranged over the phone in one simple call. Turned up exactly on time on the day and fixed our heater in less than 2 hours. This was a simple for them, they came and inspected everything which made the process much easier. Very friendly, helpful bunch of guys. They got the job done quickly and efficiently with very good material and with care. Very pleased with the service and will use them again this year to update our AC. They knew their stuff and for the price I would be hard to beat this company given the quality of the service provided. I'd never used these companies before and I think it's definitely worth the money. I would recommend them to friends and family. I made the appointment with Paul. He talked me through potential problems over the phone and logically came to determine what the issue was. He picked up a part and was at my place within an hour. Fixed the issues right away. Best part is, he literally saved me hundreds of bucks that another shop quoted me to fix the problem after they basically made up some story about what was wrong. I highly recommend Calabasas Reliable HVAC to anyone who asks me for a good HVAC company in the Calabasas area. I just wanted to give Paul a shout-out for being so responsive. I had expected the worst after my previous two experiences, but working with this company was a breath of fresh air.

I couldn't be more satisfied, my home is nicely warm and toasty, also has different zones that I can control at all times via remote system. It is nice to do business with a company you can depend on to do the job right. I highly recommend them for any heating, ventilation, or air conditioning systems issues you may encounter this season.
