Brother's Air Conditioning and Heating

Our downstairs a/c was not working. Called Brother's, as we had used them before under a home warranty and were pleased with their service. They were very friendly and helpful on the phone, giving us suggestions to try first, before we had to pay to have them come out. The woman at the front desk also let me speak to the repairman (and owner, I think), Shawn, who was very helpful as well. I called them three times after each suggestion, and each time they were just as friendly and patient. After they were out of suggestions and we had both confirmed that there was definitely a problem, they scheduled a time to come out the next day. I should also note that this was during a very busy time of the summer. I also called 2-3 other repair companies for price quotes during this process, all of whom were booked out for a couple weeks, and were going to charge me more to come out. No other company was more helpful and friendly then Brother's, and their pricing was hard to beat. Shawn and his son (Johnny) showed up on time, and went right to work. Within 10 minutes they found the problem, which was a blown cap of some sort. They replaced it quickly, and the unit began working immediately. This was the second time Shawn had come out to fix a problem with our a/c and he seems very honest, ethical, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if I'm ever in need of heating or a/c services.
