Not well, first I had to remind them of their initial appointment. Never completely did the first thing on our list. Called several times to find out why, took 4 phone calls to receive one from one of the owners who was condescending, made fun of me for not knowing the name of the bush and basically was rude. They came back and did a worse job and this time I faxed the photos to them and his comment was you just won't go away will you.

• Steve and the entire team are honest, hard working, and cheerful. This is a great company. I had an emergency situation with a tree about to fall and Steve cared enough to call a tree team off another job, drive a good distance, and start taking weight off my tree immediately. The next day they took the rest of the tree down and did a superb job in a tight spot, where property could have been damaged, and the public roadway/cars were in jeopardy. Steve charges fair prices. If you want old fashioned decency and honesty, along with a company that uses the latest equipment, and good safety practices, then I would hire Timberline.

The service was excellent. They got it done quickly, they had the right equipment and I have no problems at all. They're competent tree service company and they did a nice job. They are very professional.

They removed the entire tree and ground it to chips in 30 mins. I was amazed how quick they were. They did a relatively good job of cleaning up. The only complaint is that they left some large dents in the driveway probably from dropping heavy logs.

Went well will use them again.

I would highly recommend him. He was very helpful. He was willing to negotiate on the price and match what the lowest bid was that I already had. He was one of the last estimates I had received for this work and I really liked this guy. They did a fantastic job. It took them about an hour and 15 minutes to remove the trees and the stumps as well. They did a very professional job. They were very responsive and came out when they said they would.

They were so quick to respond! They came with 45 minutes of our initial emergency call and took care of the broken limb that had fallen on our roof and our neighbor's roof. They only charged $200 for the emergency call on a Friday afternoon, much less than I expected, especially since I tried another company first who couldn't come for several days. We scheduled a major trim for a week later and they were right on time, did the work as we expected, did a great clean up job, and we're very happy with their service.

VERY PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION. CAME OUT AND QUOTED FOR THE JOB VERY QUICKLY AND WERE ABLE TO START AND COMPLETE WORK WITHIN A COUPLE DAYS. VERY FLEXIBLE TO WORK WITH.
