 + -1 moreOn time on budget.Working with oversight architect, Jace, made the job seem so easy. We were able to live in the house while construction was going on below a big savings$$$ and we talked with Tapia daily as needed as things progressed. Little changes were needed due to good plans from architect were easy to follow. These two work as team and can work together.
Description of Work: 1. rebuilt basement 2. built basement room out as a 1 bedroom rental 3. rebuilt plumbing.electrical,and landscaping out front 4. rebuilt sidewalkway for plants,stairs,and flowers 5. rebuilt irrigation system 6.removed trees and roots blocking access 7. moved gas line with PGE oversight 8. repaired inside house cracks due to movement when basement restored on 1896 victorian
