Once my blinds were picked up the service went downhill quickly. Blinds were not returned when scheduled and when they were returned a piece is still missing. My phone calls were not returned. I give up. I guess now I have t o go buy the missing piece or drive to Burlingame and see if "they can find it in the shop.

STAY AWAY! They damaged two shades during cleaning, promised to repair them, did not repair them, did not return them to me, did not return phone calls or emails, did not keep appointments, and finally, refused to pay for replacement shades. WORST COMPANY I EVER DEALT WITH!

Hired to replace broken strings on window blinds. They took the blinds away and returned with them repaired. However, I had to get the installer guy to fix the pulls to make them even. Seemed an obvious part of the job to me. Worse, two of the four blinds he fixed had broken strings within six months of the repair. A call to the office has not been returned and I am not going to bother to hound them. Will use a different company.

My large mesh sunshades in an off white color had collected dust and dirt over the course of 8 years in my 2 story loft. They cleaned them in my garage so I was not without them at all. They look beautiful, like brand new. . They also fixed one broken chain.
