Russ sucks!!
Description of Work: Russell Jackson is being charged with 4 felony counts by the San Mateo District Attorney because he is a crook. He is also having an administrative hearing with the CA Contractor's Board in order to pull his contractor's license. He is the worst example of a crooked contractor and needs to be in jail for the felons he has inflicted on his customers. A total dirtbag!!

Russ Jackson has been involved in law suits. He will come to your house and identify things that don't need to be fixed. Thousands of dollars later you will need to correct what he seemingly "fixed". Google him. We wished we would have. It took us a settlement to get him out of our lives for good. I don't "wish" him on anyone.
