Russ Jackson has been involved in law suits. He will come to your house and identify things that don't need to be fixed. Thousands of dollars later you will need to correct what he seemingly "fixed". Google him. We wished we would have. It took us a settlement to get him out of our lives for good. I don't "wish" him on anyone.
