They are terrible. I have had them for a year and they quit me in May. They left me with an eviction and $14,000 worth of damage to my house. They did not inspect my property and left me with terrible tenants who were sub-renting my house. They got about $250 a month for doing nothing. I want to warn everyone about them. It cost me $5,000 to have the yard cleaned.
