Description of Work: The mold inspection went well, I was charge for two core wall samples but only approved one and asked to split the difference of the second. The mold samples were sent to a lab and I was given a lab mold report but no guidance or follow up from the contractor on how to read the report, I was given a repair estimate for $8000 to make the necessary repairs to the damaged areas, The mold inspection company is affiliated with a contractor so my feeling is there might be some bias reporting here. I have since consulted with other resources to resolve the issue.
