I took in a power washed to get an estimate for repair. I was told that they would call me in 3-5 days but no later than the next Monday. Three weeks later, and after having been promised a call back with an estimate 4 times I picked up the power washer. As I was picking it up two other customers came in picking up a blower and generator that they still did not have an estimate for after over two months. Whether they can fix anything is immaterial if they never get to it.
