Original visit for design and cost estimate was punctual, professional and informative. Design, cost and schedule were accepted. Chosen product is non-standard for Home Safety Services but was acquired on a satisfactory schedule. Follow-up visit for installation was again punctual and professional. Installation was by original designer/estimator. Work was neatly done, work area was thoroughly cleaned.

They don't have a large clientele for this so the cost is a little high. It was worth it to me. When I call them they get right back with me. I thought they were reliable, and prompt. The two service men who came here knew what they were doing. They arrived on time. They did what I wanted them to do. I couldn't ask for more.

We've used Home Safety Services in the past for childproofing and earthquake safety and they've done a great job for us in the past. Very professional and tidy. This time around they were an hour late and did not clean up as meticulously as we would have liked. But the actual mounting they did was great and the mounting brackets and cables they use make it easy to move the furniture away from the wall temporarily without having to re-drill to put it back.

Martin measured and gauged height, length and placement of the grab bar. He very quickly and carefully attached it to our tiled shower. He also did a safety overview of our home, noticing our fire and smoke detectors, as well as our lack of skid proof bath mats. The price was very reasonable and he came on time. The company performs much needed services, such as childproofing homes, making homes safe, and accessible for seniors, the disabled, etc.
