About us
Having worked in construction for over 20 years in the Bay area I have been exposed to just about every area of the construction industry. As a result I have been able to acquire the knowledge and skills to become competent in working in all areas of constuction and home repair. I try to give honest and affordable evaluations of each project .I have many local references and also a great list of specialty contractors ,should the project require them. My projects are too long to list here, but include foundation and framing, drywall install and finishing,decks and fences,sewer pipe repair and unclogging, interior and exterior painting and a host of projects that you will not find in a construction manual. I work either by estimates to homeowners or on an hourly basis and will look at any and all projects from installing a shelf to doing an addition to your home. I look forward to hearing from you

I found Hennelly Construction on Home Advisors when I was looking for a contractor to re-stain our decks. Frank Hennelly and his Son, Shane did an amazing job on our decks! Frank made some great suggestions and actually did a lot of extra work (like painting) for a very reasonable rate which saved us from having to hire another contractor. Our decks were very gray and stained from the redwood trees and they brought them back to life! I was home 99% of the time as we were selling the house and I was packing. They were both so delightful that I missed them the first morning they were not here. The house sold very quickly and I feel like their great work on the decks contributed greatly! I am not sure how to add a few pictures of the decks after Frank cleaned, brightened and stained them. When I figure it out, I will post them. I would recommend Frank for any job.

very unsatisfied, he was unaware on how to do the project installation, it took about an 1 and 45 minutes on an hourly base, I had a lot more projects to do and decided to find someone else.

"I informed homeowner that existing exterior lights were not safe as they were not grounded and were ,actually,as I pointed out a possible fire hazard She asked to wire as before and I said I could not do so She instructed me to do it correctly The install took a little longer than I had said as I had to find wire to ground them properly and also had to re-route wires for one of the lights I offered to complete the other two tasks ( one of which she had failed to mention on our phone conversation) for the same price as I had quoted , She declined my offer Her comments afterwards do not reflect the reality of what transpired"
