Excellent service, completed within 1 week as initially promised. Price seemed very reasonable given the number of items resized/repaired.
It was a nice touch not to charge us the $17 difference between the quoted price for repairs and the value of the gold bracelet purchased from us.

The service and workmanship were excellent. The ring was delivered in a timely matter and the jewler also sized my ring as part of the deal. The jeweler took his time with us, did not push us to purchase anything that we did not want, and was very forthcoming with information about various settings and stones. We had a wonderful experience. It might be called old school, where service is as important as the product.

They are a fairly large shop and local. I was looking for a specific item, my wife broke a piece of jewelry so I was replacing it. They had a pretty good selection and given their size they are able to do that. I ended up buying something from them and at the end of the day they also included a little customization. There was a chain on it and after Christmas when I gave it to her they said I could bring it back to put a couple of rings on the chain so it could be used at different lengths and that was no charge.

It went very well. After selecting them, I dropped by to ask if the job could be done, and what the approximate cost would be. The jeweler examined the ring, and then checked its size and my size. He indicated that it could be done, and that it would cost approximately $60 dollars. We joked that 41 years ago the pair of matching rings had only cost $400, but I felt $60 was quite reasonable. It was promised by August first. They called me on July 29 to tell me that it was ready. I picked it up -- it fit very well, and looked perfect (they had cleaned it, of course). I was very satisfied.

He is very thoughtful and creative. We did not want something very expensive. We are very satisfied with his work, and the price is reasonable. I can depend on him, and we have taken several pieces there. The price was for a diamond in the wedding ring.
