My HOA uses them and it looks like they are a little on the pricey side. It is a difficult install because it is in a condo and there is a very tight space in the ceiling. There also is some difficult wiring. I had called a handyman initially who couldn't finish the work so I had to call EHJ. They are the contractor for this building so they know the facility pretty well. They handle all sizes of projects and they are pretty experienced. They got their quote back to me within a few days and called and followed up. The quote was very detailed so they are very professional.
