The technician made two visits to the house. The first was to see the lights that needed work so he could order the necessary parts. The second was to do the work. In both cases he arrived exactly when he said he would and finished quickly. He was very professional, very articulate, and very knowledgeable about the various technologies involved. For example, he knew what cooling the LED lights required and how it differed from the old incandescent bulbs and what needed to be changed in order for that to happen.
